Description

• Design software and platforms to enhance user experience • Integrate data analytics insights into design • Bridge the gap between data-driven insights and end-user experience • Collaborate with data scientists and data modelers • Develop personas and usage scenarios • Lead usability testing sessions • Design wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows • Create interactive prototypes • Analyze user feedback and activity • Support content strategy with data insights • Ensure design solutions adhere to Section 508 standards

Requirements

• US Citizenship required • Active IRS clearance - Public Trust or higher • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or related field • 5+ years of experience in interactive design • 2+ years of client facing experience • Expert-level proficiency with common design software • Knowledge of Section 508 standards • Passion for seamless design and learning new technologies • Portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation • Ability to communicate with clients and translate their needs • Experience collaborating across multiple teams
