We continue to experience rapid growth year after year and are just getting started! • We are looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Senior Director will be instrumental in growing, managing, and coaching a cross-functional team of engineers. As the Senior Director of Engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our growth by streamlining operations, driving innovation, and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional technical teams. • Proven success scaling and enabling engineering teams at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. • Demonstrated track record of establishing and executing best practices and process improvements. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with executives, customers, and team members. • Ability to establish and maintain priorities in a rapidly evolving environment. • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. • Strong systems design and architecture skills. • Proven experience delivering high-quality, stable, and scalable software.
