📋 Description

• Manage purchasing of food, beverages, kitchen supplies, and operational materials • Source and coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, pricing, and availability • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers • Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages • Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors on deliveries • Review invoices, orders, and delivery documentation for accuracy • Maintain accurate vendor, pricing, and procurement records • Coordinate remotely with dining, kitchen, operations, and finance teams • Ensure products meet required quality and food-service standards • Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved purchasing processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain • Experience in food service, hospitality, healthcare, or dining operations preferred • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM US Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Reliable computer and noise-cancelling headset • Second monitor for enhanced productivity • Stable internet connection • Backup internet connection
