📋 Description

• Find and identify high-quality short-form video creators, mostly US-focused, across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using targeted keywords and hashtags • Assess creators based on content quality, brand safety, platform compliance, and volume • Pass qualified creator profiles to the Licensing Specialist • Remove hashtags from headlines and fix typos • Select proper thumbnails and ensure a good content mix in the internal CMS • Coordinate conference vendors and merchandise occasionally • Assist with quarterly creator performance reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must deeply understand social media, know how to search smartly, and recognize what good content looks like • High reading/comprehension for checking headlines for typos and appropriateness • High written proficiency for editing headlines and descriptions • Proficient speaking for team communication • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Ability to work UK hours • 40 hours per week
