📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels • Review applications and conduct phone/video screening interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings • Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS • Partner with facility leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities • Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience • Support high-volume hiring for a Skilled Nursing Facility • Recruit for non-clinical and facility support roles including Dietary Aides, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of US recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly hiring • Experience recruiting for Skilled Nursing, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or similar environments preferred • Proven experience recruiting housekeeping, dietary, laundry, maintenance, and other frontline support roles • Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and sourcing techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously • Experience with ATS and job board platforms • Ability to work US business hours and support multiple US time zones • Reliable computer and noise-canceling headset • Second monitor • Stable internet connection • Backup internet connection
