• Lead software development projects and perform design and code reviews • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance backend services • Provide technical leadership and mentoring • Lead the team in estimation and planning • Establish testing policies • Propose short-term and long-term solutions • Ensure high availability and reliability of services in production

Requirements

• 10 years experience in software development and 3 years in a technical leadership role • Experience leading development efforts on a shipped product • Expertise in node.js • Experience contributing to technical strategy and architecture • Strong Computer Science fundamentals • Familiarity with design patterns • Expertise in REST patterns and API design • Experience with testing frameworks • Experience with CI/CD and cloud native development • Experience writing and reviewing SQL
