📋 Description
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements • Prepare meeting materials and reporting packs • Manage expense claims and credit card reconciliations • Assist with content writing and drafting of emails • Coordinate with accountants, advisors, and external stakeholders • Provide general executive and administrative support • Assisting with ad-hoc administration tasks, including data entry • Create and maintain recurring financial reports and KPI dashboards • Assist with CRM (hubspot) management • Assist with month-end reporting and board materials • Maintain revenue and expense tracking templates
🎯 Requirements
• Strong EA background with finance exposure • Strong Excel and reporting capability • Preferably experience with hubspot and monday.com • Highly organised, process-driven and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
