• Drive sales revenue • Build and structure the sales network • Establish and strengthen the brand within the local and regional ecosystem • Store visits: schedule appointments with stores (3–5 per day, Tuesday to Friday) • Prepare each visit by defining the objective and reviewing the client's delivered and pending orders • Present product ranges to stores • Obtain signatures on commercial terms • Take orders • Conduct stock counts and monitor store activity • Position products as part of promotional/commercial activities • Train customers on products • Organize consumer test events and open-house days • Retailer visits: record the report of each visit in the CRM software • Schedule appointments for the coming weeks • Log upcoming visits in the CRM • Monitor assigned territory sales: prepare progress reports, track developments and communicate regularly to your manager • Review customer accounts and their accounting status: forward necessary information to the France Sales Coordinator • Participate in trade shows, events, consumer tests and open-house days required to represent the brand (occasional, typically on weekends)
• Minimum: Baccalauréat (French Bac) or equivalent — knowledge of retail/commerce • Proven experience in a sales role — Being an active cyclist is a plus • Strong knowledge of the cycling industry and products • Proficient in IT tools: Excel (advanced); Word; strong interest in AI • Ability to adapt to different stakeholders • Ability to analyze data and dashboards • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills • Autonomous and well organized • Willing to travel and flexible availability • Proactive and able to propose improvements
