• Développer le business sur votre secteur • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients publics et privés • Mettre en œuvre des plans d’action commerciaux structurés (objectifs, priorités, moyens) • Identifier les acteurs clés et KOL régionaux et assurer une veille concurrentielle active • Piloter des ventes complexes et des projets clients • Construire des offres adaptées avec la Direction Commerciale, en cohérence avec la stratégie Baxter • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente : opportunité, démonstration, négociation, contractualisation • Optimiser les ressources internes mobilisées à chaque étape du projet • Garantir la performance et la satisfaction client • Piloter le forecast et le pipeline dans Salesforce (SFDC) • Développer la vente de contrats de services, y compris sur la base installée • Coordonner les interventions clients avec les équipes internes (ITP, Service, Marketing) • Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client (formation, suivi, qualité)
• 3 à 5 ans minimum d’expérience en vente de dispositifs médicaux ou d’équipements de capital • Une exposition concrète au milieu hospitalier, idéalement au bloc opératoire • Une vraie posture de commercial terrain, orienté résultats et relation long terme • L’habitude de naviguer dans des cycles de vente longs et exigeants • Une forte autonomie et une capacité à organiser efficacement votre territoire
