📋 Description

• Own and manage customer relationships end-to-end, from acquisition to long-term partnership • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements • Drive both strategic account development and day-to-day operational business • Act as the interface between the customer and internal departments (e.g. engineering, operations, quality, supply chain) • Coordinate internal alignment and ensure successful project execution • Identify growth opportunities and expand existing business within your accounts • Manage forecasts, reporting, and pipeline development • Represent LRE Medical in customer meetings, workshops, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Medical Technology industry • Strong technical background: degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a scientific field strongly preferred • Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take initiative and drive topics independently • Experience managing complex customer projects and long sales cycles • Solid understanding of contractual and commercial frameworks • Ability to operate confidently across technical and commercial discussions • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Structured, self-driven, and hands-on working style • Fluent in English and German
