• Ongoing management of key accounts in the D/A/CH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) region • Build and maintain trusted customer relationships for long-term collaboration • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities • Advise customers on the product portfolio at both strategic and operational levels • Responsible for proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and solution presentations • Revenue and performance accountability for assigned accounts • Plan and coordinate required resources • Collaborate closely with Consulting, Service, and Pre-Sales teams
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions • Proven drive to meet and exceed targets • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructures and technologies • Passion for complex software • Confident handling of stakeholder groups at customer organizations • Confident and assertive demeanor with strong negotiation and presentation skills • German and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken
