📋 Description

• Develop new client relationships through targeted market outreach and by leveraging the existing network • Responsible for the continuous growth of a stable client portfolio • Gain a detailed understanding of client needs and match them precisely with the right experts • Direct engagement with company decision-makers — remotely and on-site • Manage your own sales process • Independently manage projects and be accountable for revenue, margin, budget, pipeline and forecasts • Lead mid-level account managers and sales enablers within the account context • Meticulous documentation of all activities in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on sales experience in the IT freelancer / experts-on-demand sector • Proven track record of sales success and experience in customer acquisition • Willingness to learn new business models and adopt best practices from successful sales approaches • Strong process and relationship management skills • Professional handling of demanding clients and experts • Negotiation-level German and very good English skills • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
