• Assist with preparation and execution of annual compliance training to include critical compliance issues and guiding special projects • Maintain records and data and track/log necessary information related to compliance unauthorized disclosures, corrective actions, agency compliance • Assist Compliance and Credentialing Team Lead with compliance related inquiries, audits, and reviews • Assist in preparation of contract templates, redline review, contractual requirements • Maintain library of LSA policies through tracking of expirations, coordinating review with required stakeholders, working with Compliance and Credentialing Team Lead to enhance current compliance related policies • Collaborate with additional stakeholders to complete audits of agency partners and determine next steps to ensure adherence to co contractual and reguatory compliance • Assist with onboarding of new interpreters up to and including ensuring tracking of additional clearance requirements • Compile data and report bi-annually for GSA contractual diverse business requirement • Track, review accounts, create renewal agreements within LSA standard 90 day metric • Performs other duties as assigned.
• Healthcare compliance and/or paralegal experience strongly preferred • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize assignments and deal with critical time sensitive issues • Ability to prepare and manipulate large Excel spreadsheets utilizing formulas • Able to work with and prepare presentations for all levels of management • Knowledge of laws and/or regulations in areas of compliance (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) • Excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
