📋 Description

• Build strategic, consultative partnerships with mid-market and enterprise customers • Close €60k–€100k in new ARR per quarter (depending on seniority) with smooth handovers to Customer Success • Generate qualified pipeline: Create €240k–€400k in qualified pipeline ARR per quarter (depending on seniority) through outbound prospecting, events, and lead qualification • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to each customer's pain points • Collaborate with domain experts to demonstrate ROI through concrete impact calculations • Become an industry insider and master consultative selling with SPICED as a guiding principle • Mentor junior AEs as the team scales

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English • No fixed formal qualifications required; emphasis is placed on motivation and the ability to accelerate technical progress.
