Description

• Join a team that's making an IMPACT at Lumivero. • Full-time, exempt role within the Engineering Team. • Remote position. • Responsible for testing new software features and changes to ensure requirements are met and no regression occurs. • Mission to ensure software provides expected experience for customers through manual testing. • Report to the Director of Engineering-Assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years experience as a QA Tester. Can substitute relevant experience for education. • Aptitude for using software and understanding user interactions. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to details, organization skills, and ability to manage timelines independently. • Strong self-motivation, solution-oriented, and proactive. • Proven ability to fully resolve issues and get to the root cause of problems. • Knowledge of and experience with the agile process and Jira. • Tenacious nature and track record of seeing projects through to completion.
