Description

• Be an excellent leader of teams, people, and communities • Develop scalable talent development plan • Drive continuous learning and development across the company • Serve as an advisor to the Chief People Officer • Support the business with organizational change and development • Partner with DEIB teams • Drive informed decision-making using data • Effectively partner with broader People functions • Research market trends and best practices • Build and maintain relationships with external sources of expertise

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an HR leader • Track record of advancing organizational strategy • Ability to use HR reporting and analytics • Advanced understanding and experience working through complex employee issues • Ability to work effectively with partners across multiple geographies • Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust and openness • Expertise in building consensus on a cross-functional basis • Facilitation skills, including encouraging creativity in solution design
