📋 Description

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, including intake meetings, recruiting strategy development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and offer negotiation. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define success profiles, establish recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. • Source and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach. • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews while assessing technical qualifications, competencies, and alignment with organizational values. • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience. • Develop equitable hiring practices by implementing structured interviews, competency-based evaluation tools, and consistent selection processes. • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs while advancing Macmillan Learning's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and equitable compensation recommendations in partnership with Human Resources. • Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting processes, workflows, tools, and documentation that increase efficiency, consistency, and hiring effectiveness. • Analyze recruiting data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Represent Macmillan Learning at career fairs, networking events, virtual recruiting events, and professional organizations to build awareness and attract top talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting. • Demonstrated experience developing recruiting strategies and managing multiple concurrent searches across various business functions. • Strong organizational, project management, and follow-up skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities. • Experience implementing recruiting process improvements and driving operational excellence. • Experience working successfully within a remote or distributed team environment. • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization. • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
