📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff • Uncover prospect pain and establish urgency • Match the appropriate Magic product to each prospect’s needs • Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline • Conduct 2–8 inbound discovery calls per day • Complete 15+ quality discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects • Maintain clean CRM records and set next steps • Follow up consistently and nurture “not now” prospects • Collaborate with Support and Operations so clients start strong and remain satisfied • Apply coaching and feedback quickly • Hit monthly quota and work toward exceeding targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in any industry, B2B or B2C • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, SDR/BDR, field sales, door-to-door, telesales, B2C closing, BPO sales, or a comparable sales role • English at C1 or C2 level, clear and natural with U.S. buyers • CRM discipline using HubSpot or equivalent • Available Monday–Friday during U.S. Eastern or Central business hours • Ability to work 9-hour shifts following U.S. business hours • Ability to attend mandatory paid training from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time for 5 weeks • Stable home internet, minimum 40 Mbps for daily video calls; equipment section specifies minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Computer/laptop meeting company specifications • Professional headset • Quiet, distraction-free, professional stationary work setup • Backup power/internet solution • Hungry, gritty, coachable, and accountable mindset
