Description

• Run a sales process from lead to closed opportunity with companies that have 5-50 employees • Conduct sales discovery calls/texts and product demonstrations • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads • Learn and stay up-to-date with business trends in the salon and spa industry • Forecast pipeline accurately and achieve monthly goals • Act as the voice of our customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement • Effectively leverage and communicate with internal resources (sales manager, customer success, product, marketing) • Close new business deals

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS sales environment. Ideally selling to companies with an ACV of 5k-10k • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM • Extremely comfortable speaking with new people over the phone, text, video and in person • Organized and committed to taking fastidious notes and tracking customer communication • Willing to travel occasionally to visit customers or team events • Coachable and take responsibility for your own development • Strong negotiation skills and know how to gain alignment with your buyer • A strong sense of urgency that moves clients from analysis to action • BONUS POINTS for prior experience at a startup
