Description
• As the Operations Compliance and Auction Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire process, from lien to auction, is 100% compliant and that there are zero wrongful sales • Regular functions include pre-checking the documents and auction draft setup in the auction site • Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the auction process. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of auction events • Exercise utmost care in handling confidential information. Utilize data analytics tools for interpreting auction data, monitoring deadlines, and generating reports with actionable insights for ongoing enhancements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4‐year accredited institution or equivalent work experience • At least 6 years of related work experience • Expertise in Projects; multi‐task Management, ability to handle a variety of clients • Experience in Delinquent Tenant Management and Self‐Storage Industry is a plus • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills • Extreme attention to detail and a natural intuition for noticing errors • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to handle client communications with diligence and respect • Ability to be a team player and work in a dynamic environment; willingness to support all divisions as necessary and pitch in wherever help is needed • Ability to adapt to different client expectations and procedures
