📋 Description

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in labor legislation, ensuring compliance with current laws and corporate policies • Monitor labor lawsuits, legal consultations and employment agreements • Manage and validate outsourced payroll processes, including hires, terminations, vacations, leaves, overtime, benefits and other employee movements • Perform payroll, termination and labor charges calculations and reconciliations • Work with CLT and eSocial • Support management of HR vendors, including payroll providers, benefits, recruitment and consulting services • Identify labor risks and implement preventive actions • Lead Recruitment and Selection processes aligned with business needs • Support development, training, succession and talent retention initiatives • Work with managers on performance, feedback, engagement and development matters • Coordinate initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition and employee experience • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures • Support internal and external audits • Monitor HR indicators and implement process improvements • Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR initiatives and organizational development projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Human Resources • Generalist HR experience • Strong knowledge of payroll, Personnel Administration, CLT and eSocial • Experience with Recruitment and Selection • Advanced English (B2/C1) • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
