📋 Description

• Act across the entire operation and handle cases in the queues, following leadership guidance, priorities and agreed actions. • Keep queues and case tracking up to date. • Execute actions proposed and aligned with leadership, respecting agreed deadlines. • Work autonomously on routine cases and escalate critical or complex cases to senior analysts and leadership for support. • Deepen knowledge of the team’s operational flow and the sales and purchase process. • Maintain performance within established targets, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. • Keep systems and databases up to date. • Report critical, problematic cases and operational errors in advance. • Identify opportunities, propose improvements and assist with action plans and area projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Financial Management and/or related fields. • Experience in administrative routines within the real estate sector. • Intermediate English. • Knowledge or technical development in real estate law, contract law and risk analysis. • Familiarity with area objectives and the systems used in the operation. • Law degree completed or in progress is a plus. • Desired knowledge of Google Workspace, Registrars (ONR), Salesforce and Zendesk. • This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PWD).
