📋 Description

• Support and manage HR-related activities, including recruitment coordination, HR operations, and administrative tasks • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of HR processes • Participate in end-to-end recruitment support, including scheduling interviews and candidate coordination • Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HR processes and compliance standards • Operate effectively in a remote setup, ensuring productivity and collaboration across virtual teams • Assist in managing multiple priorities in a high-paced work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR-related roles (e.g., recruitment coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, HR administration) • German proficiency (B1/B2 or above) – Mandatory • English communication skills – Mandatory
