• Shape the future of the leather industry with us at Gusti Leder. • Pioneer in talent engagement: Take the lead in the recruitment process, from initial contact to conducting interviews. • Support Aktice Sourcing's innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent. • Forge and maintain a robust network to create a talent pool. • Create and distribute compelling job ads, explore new ways and platforms to attract undiscovered talent. • Evaluate and categorize applicants to ensure alignment between candidate skills and organizational needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 Years experience in recruiting. • Preferably a Bachelor of Business Administration. • Confident and professional approach to complex and sensitive personnel situations. • Empathetic yet goal-oriented to resolve conflicts effectively. • Skills to support team members to achieve their goals. • Communicative and enjoy working in a team. • Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks effectively and solve problems. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Must live close to the area of Kolkata.
