📋 Description

• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing channels • Conduct proactive talent searches and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Screen and assess candidates through phone and virtual interviews • Support high-volume recruitment campaigns across various business functions • Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers • Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and sourcing platforms • Build and nurture talent pools for frequently recruited roles • Collaborate with recruitment teams across Poland to understand hiring requirements and market trends • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate research; junior-level experience will be considered • Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills • Confidence identifying passive candidates • Experience conducting candidate screening calls and interviews • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously • Experience supporting high-volume blue-collar and/or white-collar recruitment projects • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Good English language skills, written and spoken
