📋 Description
• Apoyar el proceso de reclutamiento de extremo a extremo • Publicar vacantes • Buscar y filtrar candidatos • Coordinar entrevistas • Mantener comunicación constante con los candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección • Trabajar como parte del equipo de Marathon Talent de forma remota
🎯 Requirements
• 1 año de experiencia previa, preferiblemente en reclutamiento o áreas relacionadas con recursos humanos • Nivel de inglés avanzado, oral y escrito • Debe residir en Colombia • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y atención al detalle • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y autónoma
