• Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with corporate housing providers and related operators. • Expand Corporate Stays accommodation network by onboarding local partners. • Negotiate and sign partnership agreements. • Collect onboarding information and ensure properties meet Corporate Stays’ standards. • Coordinate between clients and local operators to facilitate bookings. • Build long-term relationships with partners and maintain regular communication.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, hospitality, travel, property management, or corporate housing. • Strong knowledge of the Canadian and U.S. business environment. • Excellent written and spoken English. • French is an asset, particularly for developing partnerships in Quebec. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. • The ability to confidently conduct calls and meetings with company founders, executives, property managers, and sales leaders. • A highly organized and disciplined approach to prospecting and follow-up. • Experience working with a CRM and maintaining accurate opportunity records. • The ability to work independently in a remote and fast-moving environment. • A strong focus on measurable results, revenue, and completed agreements. • Hospitality, corporate housing, relocation, travel, real estate, or short-term rental experience is a strong advantage.
