📋 Description

• Conduct quality reviews of Retail Operations units including Credit Ops, Card Ops, CCAM Ops, Neo Ops, Wealth Ops, and Insurance Ops • Lead risk-based QA governance across Retail Operations, including control validation, KRI monitoring, governance reporting, and corrective action tracking • Report review outcomes to business units and Delivery Managers • Recommend and ensure implementation of corrective action plans • Perform and manage MI/reports as directed by the Manager • Maintain risk registers, risk-control mappings, and control effectiveness assessments • Assess preventive, detective, and corrective controls and validate adherence to SOPs, PPGs, APPMs, OPMs, internal policies, and regulatory requirements • Develop and monitor KRIs, escalate Amber and Red risk events, and prepare dashboards, risk heat maps, and trend analyses • Conduct root cause analysis, thematic reviews, periodic validation, and effectiveness testing • Review and challenge RCSAs and validate risk ratings, residual risks, and control ownership • Coordinate audits, regulatory reviews, compliance assessments, and governance inspections • Facilitate governance forums, calibration sessions, risk review meetings, and management discussions • Oversee governance MIS, KRI packs, risk dashboards, action trackers, and executive reports • Allocate tasks, manage team workload, coach and develop QA & MI team members • Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to improve service quality and operational performance

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of host systems and other bank operating systems • In-depth knowledge of one or more Retail Operations processes, including CCAM Ops, Card Ops, Credit Ops, Insurance Ops, or Neo/Digital Banking • Sound understanding of Enterprise Risk Management principles, RCSA, KRIs, risk registers, control effectiveness assessments, and governance frameworks • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a Retail Operations process; core operations experience preferred • MIS, systems, and related-process understanding • Good verbal and written communication and computer skills • Proactive approach, effective floor management, and ownership of activities • Ability to manage floor operations, rostering, and backup for the Manager • Alignment with the Bank’s core values and ability to embed the right culture for seamless delivery
