• Own dispute intake, evidence compilation, and resolution across active payment processors and markets • Define dispute resolution SLAs and win-rate targets; identify systemic patterns and drive fixes • Prioritize the roadmap for internal dispute tooling • Own fraud operations, investigations, and transaction reviews • Set monitoring and escalation standards for screening and decisioning tools • Track fraud loss trends and act on emerging attack patterns • Track authorization rates, payment success rates, decline codes, and fraud losses • Review new payment methods against performance thresholds • Define operational dashboards and alerting standards • Serve as the senior operational contact for payment-related Customer Success escalations • Lead analyses of publisher payment performance, dispute trends, and fraud exposure • Own operational responses to payment incidents, including root-cause investigation and remediation communication • Manage day-to-day operational relationships with PSPs and payment partners • Hold partners accountable to performance and SLA commitments • Maintain operational standards, runbooks, and process documentation • Prioritize automation and translate operational gaps into product and tooling improvements • Act as the senior escalation point for payment operations
• 6–8+ years in payments operations, fraud operations, or fintech risk • Track record of owning a function or leading operational initiatives • Experience at a PSP, Merchant of Record, or digital goods company is ideal • End-to-end experience running payments, fraud, or risk operations • Experience operating across multiple payment processors simultaneously • Direct experience with global PSPs such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, or Razorpay • Experience owning PSP or partner relationships • Ability to influence product, engineering, and Customer Success without formal authority • Deep understanding of card-network dispute and chargeback mechanics, including Visa/Mastercard rules • Strong analytical capability with dashboards and data tools • Ability to build structured reports and identify signals in transaction data • Detail-oriented, self-directing, and able to operate autonomously • Business-level English proficiency, written and verbal
