📋 Description

• Support ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations • Support processes across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics • Navigate complex business and system architectures with multiple integrations • Support integrated enterprise landscapes involving multiple peripheral applications • Analyze and troubleshoot business and system issues • Collaborate with stakeholders on operational and system matters • Learn and support new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern digital capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations • Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics processes • Ability to understand and navigate complex business and system architectures with multiple integrations • Experience supporting integrated enterprise landscapes involving multiple peripheral applications • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration capabilities • Curiosity and strong learning mindset for new technologies • Awareness or exposure to AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern digital capabilities (AI mindset) • Mid-Senior level • 11+ years of experience stated in the role overview
