• Lead and manage large-scale programs, overseeing successful delivery across 2-4 cross-functional teams (including engineering, data, and crm). • Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets. • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and roadblocks, ensuring efficient problem-solving and course correction. • Clearly communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to senior stakeholders, translating technical complexities into digestible information. • Foster strong collaboration and communication between various teams, promoting a cohesive and efficient project environment. • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and make data-driven decisions. • Manage staffing and budget allocation for program teams.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management building complex systems in the B2C space. • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, multi-team programs on time and within budget. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their effective application in program management. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex program issues. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana. • English at C1 level Technical Knowledge: • Strong knowledge of engineering practices and principles. • Working knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and cloud infrastructure concepts. • Familiarity with relevant technologies within the Digital Consumer Engagement space, such as Data Warehouses (Snowflake) CDPs (mParticle), machine learning, CRM (Braze), Loyalty Engine (Talon.One).
