Description

• Manage the projects that change the future for underserved students • Lead initiatives that meet deadlines and have a lasting impact on educational outcomes • Responsible for monitoring and shepherding product delivery pipelines • Enable other development team members through production reports, block-breaking, and contractor coordination • Own the projects for the team, manage organization, and facilitate planning, goal-setting, and deadlines • Proactively identify blocking problems in a pipeline and collaborate on tailored solutions • Coordinate with other Project Managers and management on resource allocation • Administer the development team's productivity software • Complete tasks enabling the product development team to deliver quality products on time and on budget

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully across teams and departments • Effective, professional communication skills, both written and oral • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Technological prowess, including strong Excel skills • Prioritization and delegation skills • Receptivity to feedback for personal growth • Aptitude for identifying waste and inefficiencies • Expertise in resolving blocking issues • Excellent documentation skills • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive work environment • Deep belief in the potential of all students and passion for MasteryPrep’s mission • Respect for individuals’ diverse experiences and ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds • Dedicated remote workspace with stable internet, webcam, and microphone
