Description

• Oversee cases through the utilization of case management and billing systems to meet both internal and external deadlines. • Follow internal office procedures. • Make regular updates to our case management system including client information, case tracking information, and client communications. • Maintain electronic files and documents to document all activity on behalf of clients. • Ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress of their cases. • Assist attorneys and other team members to manage caseload. • Complete daily assignments and communicate case progress on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of performance improvement plans • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Benefits

• Knowledge of Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications. • Experience with Case Management Softwares, such as Clio and Airtable, preferred.
