Description

• Lead community and social media efforts for the upcoming sports game Maximum Football • Grow and foster an active community for Maximum Football across social media channels • Work on engaging the community and executing content creator campaigns • Collaborate with Brand team and game developer to create and manage content calendars • Strategize and implement community initiatives to drive engagement, player retention, and sales • Develop and manage trackable community KPIs for analysis • Grow and manage influencer relationships • Manage external influencer agencies and build campaigns • Prepare actionable insights for the development team based on community feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing • Proven track record in growing and managing communities • Experience in optimizing social media platforms and using social publishing tools • Strong communication skills • BA/BS degree in a related field • Experience managing Discord communities • Understanding of sports game community culture and ethos • Passion for sports, especially football • Preferred: Established relationships with content creators
