Description

• The Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting internal teams in researching complex client and talent financial issues across internal and external payment and billing systems or platforms to ensure client satisfaction • Prepare payroll for 1099 and W2 contractors, ensuring payments are made compliantly per state and business requirements • Solve issues that arise related to invoice errors, time and expense entry, payroll processing, and overpayments • Provide reporting, analysis, and in-depth reconciliations for payment related items • Provide guidance to Client Care teams by managing Zendesk tickets to proper communication on error correction or information is provided to support the inquiry from the client or talent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Accounting, Finance, or another related field) • 1-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment including roles in either operations, finance, banking, or administration • Ability to collect and analyze large amounts of data • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to determine multiple viable solutions • Strong operational and organizational skills with a great attention to detail • Good time management skills with a high degree of responsiveness and sense of urgency • Comfortable with multitasking and prioritization • Strong communication skills when collaborating with different departments and stakeholders • Experience using Vendor Management Systems • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel • Familiar with Payroll compliance and best practices
