Description

• Correspond with vendors/employees and respond to all Accounts Payable inquiries • Open new vendors account and abstain from the required documentation • Review check requests and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing • Process check requests and invoices • Accurately categorize and match credit card transactions • Record semi-monthly overseas payroll • Filing checks backup, deposits backup and accounting documentation electronically • Assist financial managers as needed • Assist with 1099 process/year end/accounting projects

Requirements

• 1-2 Years Accounts payable or general accounting experience • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is considered a plus • Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive • Knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, Clio) • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong time management and organization skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to meet deadlines
