Description

• Senior Attorney Location: Remote • Legal counsel to management and board on all aspects of MBO’s business including corporate, business transactions, acquisitions, data privacy, and employment law • Partner with internal employees and external clients to support corporate initiatives • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing counsel, risk mitigation strategies, and effective partnership • Research, analyze, and interpret proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations including employment and data privacy laws

Requirements

• J D from an accredited law school and active license to practice law • 10+ years of experience preferred • 5+years staffing industry/contingent labor/employment law experience is strongly preferred • 5 years as a lawyer at a national law firm and/or in-house legal department is preferred • Knowledge of data privacy laws preferred • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization and both internal and external groups • Ability to work independently with complete and accurate results
