📋 Description

• Manage approximately 100 concurrent cases from contract signature through final resolution • Serve as the primary point of contact through continuous inbound and outbound calls and texts • Guide families through the full service lifecycle with empathy, clarity, and professionalism • Coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return • Partner with internal teams and vendors to keep cases moving • Maintain accurate and timely documentation across all systems • Use HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and the internal case management system to build context and triage workflows • Collaborate on coverage, escalations, urgent cases, and smooth handoffs • Anticipate downstream impacts and maintain continuity of care

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end • Experience in case management, patient or client coordination, claims handling, or similar • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously • Meticulous record-keeping and documentation • Comfortable managing communications primarily via phone and text • Highly accountable, proactive, and creative in solving escalations • Ability to work across multiple systems and triage priorities • Energized by Meadow’s mission • Home setup with reliable internet and a quiet, comfortable workspace • Must commit long-term to working 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday–Friday
