• Drive marketing, business growth, branding, and channel partnerships for digital marketing agency • Implement various marketing tactics such as advertising, social media, design, email communication, websites, content creation, traffic growth • Establish key partnerships with podcast guests, associations, and networks aligning with ideal customer profile • Develop and execute effective brand and demand generation strategies for Inbound leads • Partner closely with CEO and growth executives to drive awareness, demand, pipeline • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and revenue growth • Utilize data and analytics to measure performance and identify improvement areas • Coordinate and schedule campaign/project meetings • Create marketing execution plans aligned with demand generation and partnership growth goals • Own the execution and coordination of marketing, branding, and digital deliverables • Work closely with creative professionals and teams for seamless coordination and implementation of marketing deliverables • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting MQL, meeting, pipeline targets • Manage spends and campaigns across Google AdWords, Display, Paid Social, etc • Develop an email marketing cadence and optimize demand gen campaigns • Co-Own ongoing management of MMR website, maintenance, upgrades • Work with team to develop regular blogs, social media posts, newsletter content showcasing expertise • Utilize HubSpot for effective CRM and workflow development to support sales objectives • Generate leads from LinkedIn, partner with associations, tech partnerships, and industry associations • Develop a Webinar Program and Signature Event
