📋 Description

• Manage and grow customer relationships across your region • Independently manage the entire sales process, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing • Analyze market potential and develop sales strategies • Advise and negotiate with procurement teams, nursing staff, and medical professionals • Implement projects focused on process optimization and customer development • Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare forecasts in the CRM system • Drive the strategic and operational development of the sales territory • Build long-term customer relationships and develop tailored solutions for healthcare facilities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent sales experience • Demonstrated success in B2B sales • Strategic mindset and strong execution skills • Independent, goal-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience in a hospital or medical device environment is preferred • Very good German and good English language skills • Proficiency in MS Office • Willingness to travel approximately 60–80%
