📋 Description

• Manage and expand customer relationships within your region • Independently manage the entire sales process, from lead generation through contract closing • Analyze market potential and develop sales strategies • Advise and negotiate with procurement teams, nursing staff, and medical professionals • Implement projects to optimize processes and develop customer accounts • Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare forecasts in the CRM system • Build long-term customer relationships and develop tailored solutions for healthcare facilities • Drive the strategic and operational development of the sales territory

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable sales experience • Proven success in B2B sales • Strategic mindset and strong execution skills • Independent, results-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience in clinical or medical device environments is preferred • Very good German and good English skills • Proficiency in MS Office • Willingness to travel approximately 60–80%
