• Establish, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with various stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals • Responsible for sales in the assigned territory, identifying growth opportunities and developing commercial solutions • Advise, train and support healthcare professionals on our products and solutions for clinical use • Conduct negotiations with medical staff as well as hospital administration and procurement departments • Actively participate in trade shows and congresses
• Professional experience in the medical field, or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in biomedical engineering, medicine, or business administration with a strong interest in sales • Residence within the assigned territory and willingness to undertake regular business travel (possibly with overnight stays) • Enjoy engaging with a variety of stakeholders, strong customer- and service-orientation, excellent communication skills and empathy • Initiative, high motivation and a can-do attitude • Entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation • Creativity and openness to change • Very good spoken and written English • Ideally, experience in interventional neuroradiology or in medical device sales
