⢠As a BDR, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers. ⢠Use existing Meltwater leads and identify new ones to contact companies via calls, emails, and social media. ⢠Learn about potential customers' challenges and determine how Meltwater can provide the solutions they need. ⢠Once you identify a qualified lead, explain the value of Meltwater and generate interest in a follow-up conversation with an Account Executive. ⢠You will work closely with 2 to 3 Account Executives and develop innovative strategies to uncover new opportunities. ⢠High volume of outbound activity to acquire and qualify new customers. ⢠Collaborate with Account Executives to design and implement effective customer acquisition strategies. ⢠Schedule online product demonstrations and ensure you meet your monthly targets. ⢠Deeply understand customer needs using sales methodologies such as SPICED. ⢠Conduct market research to expand Meltwater's reach.
⢠A passion for technology and sales. ⢠Experience in sales or customer acquisition is a plus but not required. ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. ⢠A goal-oriented mindset with a persuasive approach. ⢠Ability to adapt to marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize lead generation. ⢠Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct effective initial conversations and qualify leads. ⢠Strong objection-handling skills and a willingness to learn through coaching. ⢠Excellent organizational skills and good time management. ⢠A genuine interest in helping companies grow.
