📋 Description

• Prospect new health insurance providers and identify business opportunities. • Develop and strengthen client relationships to expand and consolidate existing partnerships. • Conduct in-person visits and meetings with health insurance providers. • Present Mendelics' portfolio of genetic tests, understand each client's needs, and lead commercial negotiations. • Prepare commercial proposals and quotes, and follow negotiations through to contract execution. • Monitor commercial and operational processes related to the client portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal workflows and continuity of partnerships. • Organize documents, commercial information and records required for client management. • Collaborate with Technical, Operations, Finance and other internal teams to ensure agile service and a positive client experience. • Monitor the market and competitors and identify opportunities for business expansion. • Represent Mendelics at conferences, events and industry meetings. • Track commercial KPIs and contribute to achieving the department's targets. • Prepare reports and presentations to track results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related fields. • B2B commercial experience selling products or services to health insurance providers. • Experience in new business prospecting and client portfolio management. • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency with Google Workspace. • Availability for frequent travel. • Valid Class B driver's license.
