📋 Description

• Regional commercial strategy: collaborate with the Sales Manager to design an effective strategy to approach the SOLA region market. • Team consultative selling: work together with BDR and Marketing teams to develop opportunities. You lead the close, but you are not alone. 💡 • Solution presentations: conduct demos and consultative presentations of the Amplitude and Braze platforms, translating technical terms into clear business language. • Technical integration: understand clients' system architecture, propose integrated solutions, and help stakeholders grasp the overall project. • Pipeline management: manage your opportunities, forecasts, and sales targets (annual goal of 8–10 new closes, with deal sizes above USD 50K). 📊 • Client relationship management: farm existing accounts and generate new logos. • Act as the senior reference for the sales team, mentoring team members with potential to become future leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in similar roles with a consultative focus • Experience as a senior or leader in previous positions (desirable) • Experience in B2B sales of projects above USD 50K with long sales cycles • Experience in Software Factory–type companies or with complex technology solutions • Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly • Excellent communication, commercial presence, and negotiation skills • Autonomy, organization, and a hunter & closer mindset • CRM proficiency (desirable) • Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory)
