⢠Regional commercial strategy: collaborate with the Sales Manager to design an effective strategy to approach the SOLA region market. ⢠Team consultative selling: work together with BDR and Marketing teams to develop opportunities. You lead the close, but you are not alone. đĄ ⢠Solution presentations: conduct demos and consultative presentations of the Amplitude and Braze platforms, translating technical terms into clear business language. ⢠Technical integration: understand clients' system architecture, propose integrated solutions, and help stakeholders grasp the overall project. ⢠Pipeline management: manage your opportunities, forecasts, and sales targets (annual goal of 8â10 new closes, with deal sizes above USD 50K). đ ⢠Client relationship management: farm existing accounts and generate new logos. ⢠Act as the senior reference for the sales team, mentoring team members with potential to become future leadership.
⢠More than 3 years of experience in similar roles with a consultative focus ⢠Experience as a senior or leader in previous positions (desirable) ⢠Experience in B2B sales of projects above USD 50K with long sales cycles ⢠Experience in Software Factoryâtype companies or with complex technology solutions ⢠Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly ⢠Excellent communication, commercial presence, and negotiation skills ⢠Autonomy, organization, and a hunter & closer mindset ⢠CRM proficiency (desirable) ⢠Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory)
