• Customer Service: Act as the customer's main point of contact, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish, always aligned with Kovi's tone of voice. • Business Knowledge: Understand our business model and ensure that all information provided is accurate and compliant with our processes and contracts. • Sales Techniques: Use sales techniques such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling to delight customers. • Documentation: Manage all required customer documents and signatures efficiently. • Product Focus: Stay up to date on our core product — cars — and know their specifications and models. • Service Distribution: Use CRM tools or in-person queuing systems to optimize customer service.
• Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. • Advantage: Courses related to Sales are a plus. • Experience: Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is desirable. • Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM systems. • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and proactivity. • Empathy and Active Listening: Understand our customers' needs. • Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence and lead negotiations. • Results Focus: Committed to meeting targets and objectives. • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to different situations and challenges.
