• Identify and pursue business opportunities; • Develop sales strategies and present our solutions persuasively to prospective clients; • Close commercial deals and manage the sales process through to completion; • Contribute to building processes and workflows for the department; • Handover daily client support to the appropriate support team, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
• Experience in consultative B2B sales; • Knowledge and experience with concepts, market segments and buyer personas in finance/tech/SaaS areas; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership; • Agility and resilience to operate in fast cycles; • Humility to learn and adapt; • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own sales pipeline; • Results-oriented with strong closing skills; • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
