Description

• Develop and bring the product to market by aligning overall business capabilities and objectives • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the product • Analyse customer needs, identifying market trends, and evaluating competitor products, contributing as subject matter expert • Define individual features that contribute to the overall product strategy by determining the target market and developing a go-to-market strategy • Develop product roadmaps and be responsible for specific features within the roadmap • Lead and collaborating with stakeholders and teams to achieve overall capability goals • Ensure the product aligns with long-term business objectives • Own and overseeing product development, monitoring sales and customer feedback, and making adjustments to the product over time based on continuous feedback • Lead the alignment of the product with broader business objectives and ensuring the product contributes to achieving MBAG goals and strategy

Requirements

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Understanding of technical concepts • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way and collaboratively with stakeholders to prioritize the product development while making trade-offs between decisions transparent • Experience working with digital products and technical teams
