📋 Description

• Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates across a wide range of industries and functions using multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate identification through to offer management and successful placement, in line with Mercier Consultancy Group's standards • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively headhunting talent within the Recruitment & Staffing market and adjacent sectors • Conduct thorough candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and professional assessments to ensure the highest quality of shortlisted profiles • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner in the market • Collaborate with the wider Mercier Consultancy Group team to align on client briefs, role requirements, and placement strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions within the company's recruitment management system • Stay informed of market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity within the Recruitment & Staffing industry to provide strategic insight to clients and candidates alike

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent English language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential for this role • Must have experience in recruitment, ideally within the Recruitment & Staffing industry or a related professional services environment • Must be able to follow a 1 day training in Beijing as part of the onboarding process with Mercier Consultancy Group • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client care • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionals at all levels • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment within China • Proficiency with digital recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms
