📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for the French-speaking community, providing technical and gameplay support for Riot Games titles • Resolve account issues, payment inquiries, and gameplay concerns • Maintain knowledge of Gaming & Esports meta, patch notes, and community trends • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate recurring bugs and community pain points to developers • Maintain high professional communication standards • Process feedback and improve knowledge base articles • Use ticketing software to track, document, and resolve support requests within agreed service level agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent French, spoken and written, mandatory • Valid EU passport mandatory • Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with Riot Games’ ecosystem, including League of Legends and VALORANT • Strong troubleshooting skills • Ability to de-escalate complex user issues in a digital environment • Professional proficiency in English • Commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
